Certain lady onsite, business suit, knee high skirt, great legs and heels and hi viz jacket !!

Wish that far more people would wear it while out walking or cycling.
huge numbers appear to have a death wish, especially those on questionably legal scooters,for whom black from top to toe seems to be de rigueur. |
