Moult?
It's the time of year where I lose a fair amount. Long strands on my clothes, on my pillow and under my boobs!
(This is a sensitive subject but I am not meaning to be insensitive x) |

I don’t have a lot to lose, but I do find my beard sheds a few strands. I’m not the best at looking after it constantly. It does get neglected sometimes. |

A lot
It's a symptom of low ferritin levels.
If your level is under 70 your hair will fall out. And I'm not far off another iron infusion.
It's also a symptom of other things like hormone imbalance, I'm thinking being celiac is another, could be wrong on that one.
There's a whole list of reasons. Age, stress and more |

I have loads of the bloody stuff. Hairdresser thins it out for me and did cut a couple inches off a few weeks ago.
It is pretty though
It does clog the hoover and seems to get everywhere too as a downside

I shed quite a lot ha , especially when washing and brushing my hair. I am lucky I have a lot of it but it is definitely getting thinner as I get older. |
