For me, it’s been listening to the cricket as I’ve driven almost all day today. Some days this job has perks!
One of the best games of the World Cup, even though I totally failed in my predictions and I think I’m in love with Alex Hartley too….
So what’s made your day? |

A moment in counselling that made so much sense yet scared the shit out of me. And the almost two hour conversation I had with a fabber about it all afterwards. It's nice to finally be able to have a deep level conversation that a lot of people can't do.
And the thing my small person did today that gave them more confidence and independence while I was nervous.
The man that called me this evening just because he could.
The woman that shared her plants pics with me and her voice notes that I enjoy.
Another woman that reached out and her message made me smile.
Actually I've had quite a few feel good factors in my day today. |

Escaping to the Peak District and enjoying a fantastic walk around the Derbyshire dales and stopping in at my regiments famous memorial. Grabbing coffee and remembering friends. And enjoying it with my fantastic Dog |

Imaging you doing the hokey y made me laugh and when MrAbz wakes up from his snooze I am most deffo gonna do that for him (he is gonna be so confused and that just makes it funnier)
