If you glaze em, add bacon bits, loads of seasoning, and roast them till they taste nothing like a Brussel sprout... Then I love them too

It's a lump of cheese that's dipped in a wax to preserve it. (Bit like babybel only bigger and much nicer)

Just bought cheddar with ginger, white stilton and apricot, christmas pudding cheddar, Wensleydale with orange and cranberry, and sage derby.
