Quite a few of us have leftovers that we eat in the next day or 2.
What's your favourite leftovers?
Is there something that others like that you don't?
I have leftover sausage tray bake for lunch. It had sweet pots, mushrooms and pak choi in with a hoisin sauce. Delicious |

Any sort of stew, curry, chilli based dish. I love those leftovers the most.
Then it’s pies, bangers n mash, roast dinners.
I try to avoid pasta dishes unless I can separate the sauce from the pasta. It soaks up all the liquid and just leave soft, and overly dry pasta to eat. |

I make a turkey mince risotto on a Monday and have it for lunch in the next couple of days and that always tastes really nice.
Unfortunately a lot of things aren't sold for one person so leftovers are inevitable |

Oh bugger it, I just like my own cooking. With an arse like mine thrown in, I'd make some guy a great little homemaker. ![](/icons/s/razz.gif) |
