Your exits are to the rear ,front and sides of plane , place the vest over your head and pull to inflate , blow into the nozzle for extra air , it's vital you put on your own vest before assisting anyone else , please don't disturb the captain as he will more than likely be getting head from the cabin crew |

I flew back into Liverpool on a Ryanair flight and when we landed the lead cabin crew member got on the tannoy and announced we had landed, reminded everyone not to stand until the aircraft had come to a complete stop and then relayed the rules regarding smoking.
No smoking on the apron. No smoking in the terminal. No designated smoking areas in the terminal etc and these rules went on for ages and she terminated her announcement with "in fact, why don't you just give up" |
