This is a bit of a sequel to my brilliant frittata thread (still in the archive if you missed it and desire to read, though is only just an ode to a frittata I made from sruff in the fridge).
Back to this though, out all day and tired and hungry and wanted something quick to eat and then just relax. I ended up doing a stir fry but with turkey mince that I had in the fridge and some hoyisin sauce, veg and fresh noodles. Amazing and like eating a brilliant bolognese but with far eastern influences. Talk about another undisputed culinary success. Fusion cusine at its best. Made lots and plenty for tommorow too. Who else likes to be a little explorative with their cooking  |
