Videos not playing full length

I've just got a new tablet. When I play Fab videos of full length (around 1min), it just stops at around 35-39 secs, without me able to continue. All other online videos work fine (just Fab). Any ideas? I'm not sure if there are any settings (tablet or Fab) that can be adjusted. Thanks

New tablet too? Not getting the issue on my old tablet or phone
