Have you started any good habits in 2023?

Yes I do a lot of walking now and try to around 8,000 steps a day , and doing some small weights

I stopped a bad habit, if that counts? Cut down from drinking every day to one or twice a month.. I stick to it by finding something else to do instead.

Also, started going to the gym and have lost 2 stone. Motivation for going to the gym.... Sexy women in lycra.

Prep lunch and dinner early then put in fridge. So much less hassle than doing it just prior to sitting down to eat.
