As far as I know Viagra come in 3 different strengths, depending on your dysfunction; 25mg 50mg ( that's what you get over the counter connect) and 100mg..

Do not take any more than 100mg in any 24hour period. Anything more than 100mg will significantly increase the risk of side effects including the risk of death. There will be no further benefit of over 100mg, if the maximum dose does not work for you, you need to try something different.
