I'm trying to get something resolved quickly so I'm repeating here something I have put in the site help forum and we have contacted admin. Sorry if my repetition here upsets anybody. I'm just trying to get an answer as quickly as I can.

At friend of our joined the site and did her photo verification this afternoon. She has now received a message saying her account has been permanently suspended and she is not to rejoin.

We have absolutely no idea why. We know of nothing she has done to bring this about. She'slliterally only had access for a few hours. Is it possible to get her an explanation and can the decision be reviewed?

If she has one I suppose she can, but she shouldn't have to and the same thing could happen again. I don't want her to be put off the site by having to jump through hoops.

No idea how they'd actually ban anyone, unless it's something to do with the IP address, like when you can't verify if you're in the same place.
