by the potato thread and with Xmas round the corner, how would you convinse those who hate sprouts to give them a try? Any special way you do them that will change their mind? Any haters that will be willing to try a recommended way. Lets have a good adult debate here.

No one will convince me.

People who eat sprouts have some serious issues.

Nothing will persuade me.

A childhood trauma put me off them forever.

I don’t know why you’d feel the need to convince or convert people. If they don’t want to eat sprouts, don’t make them eat sprouts.

You can message your recipe to potential suitors and see if you can convert them from haters to lovers

I happen to have put up a bit of bunting on the off-chance she should pop by.

Sprouts are basically very small cabbages. Do people who don’t like them have a categorical problem with small versions of larger things and might not like puppies etc either. Maybe.

There's not much in life that I wouldn't do, but I wouldn't eat a sprout again!

Cheeseville, Somerset

Buy a box of Ferrero Rocher

Carefully unpeeled and remove the chocolates

Bin them because they taste shit

Replace with sprouts and rewrap

Give them wrapped in fancy paper and bows as a Xmas gift.

It's rude not to eat Xmas presents.....

I firstly suggest getting some fresh sprouts from a farm shop. How you cook them is a personal choice, but they really shouldn’t be boiled until they are mushy.

I love sprouts, even raw ones. I don’t need to add other ingredients to make me believe I love them.
