ok ok ok ok I am sorry to all the single men I do not mean to put any of you in to this category.
we went to a club in bury the other week. it was from a meet on another group the night was lovely. the people there were lovely and the club was good. just one thing put me and my hubby off. we could barely get along the corridor without been followed by older single men. this didn't put us off so to speak.
what did is we walked through a maze corridor thing and as we had to climb up a step in the dark to get out I felt a towel against my face I said "oh sorry can I get passed" he removed the towel and pushed it in my face.
I felt sick and more than a little upset. I Had Asked him to move please but he didn't.
I am so glad I didn't see him or I may have just slapped his face.
has anyone been put of clubs for any reason??? |

I've gone as part of a couple and can honestly say I've had nothing but good experiences this way.
On the other hand I went as a single with a girlfriend to a club in London and the attention was way OTT. It become so bad/uncomfortable we left and aren't interested in trying this again.

Part of a man's responsibility when he escorts a woman to a club is to look out for her. I'm not trying to be cahuvinistic or even chivallrous here. The bare bones of the matter is that men know what other men are thinking and in a club that admits single men the male part of a couple needs to be on his toes to ensure that his partner isn't compromised in any way whatsoever. We've had guys try and join us when we've been shagging on our own and several of them have walked away muttering and cursing when they got a very firm 'Fuck off!" from me.
There is an etiquette in swinging clubs and if a single guy doesn't know what it is or adhere to it then he deserves no sympathy or respect, or even courtesy. |

we were both shocked hubby was behind me. we kind of walked the other way round again but we didnt know if that was the norm or not. I know it is sill but with it been our first club, club meet. (ie not a small pub club) I wish I had now just bitten the bugger off. I will no for next time If I had seen his face I would have got him in the light. |

If it had been me, i would have gone and reported him to the staff, if its a club thats worth your custom they would have done something about him. |

we hadad the same in partners, great club gut the guys seem to use the fire exits to get around the maze bit, so we started not using the maze or just going to clubs that are couple only like youtopia on saturdays, or partners on a thursday etc
hope you are ok and not put you off clubs.
I had this little fat guy follow me around, ian just use to push by him ( in front of me) so he got nothing to feel.
any way take care

Think this is a regular issue at this particular club - they seem to think that cos its in the dark they can do as they please. We have had similar situation - although not quite as bad. Dont let it put you off clubs cos most aren't like this |

Still a newbie to clubs, have only been to 2 so far, and I have not experienced anything like that at all.
Every gent is courteous and let me pass without any issues. |

We know the club you mean and to be honest we have only ever attended on a sunday night, they only let couples in no single guys.
We usually enjoy the maze, get to the centre and if its vacant occupy it. Its fun watching people stumble in in the dark totally sightless. After you have been there five minutes your eyesight adjusts and you can make things out.
Its a learning experience really, next time instead of climbing over, just backtrack, you will know now that both ways exit at the same place. |

You get this in the "gay" saunas which is why I do not go to them at all. When much younger(teens) I hated having to smack a hand away from my body when in the Jacuzzi or climbing in/out. I feel it is the same if you imvite someone to visit you at your own place, some people have such poor communication/social skills they do not know to hold back and wait until they get an affirmative, whether that be verbal or non. I could swear here, but I absolutely HATE predatory behaviour!!
Give me a shy, quiet sweet person ANYDAY, and it is beautiful to see them come out their shell. |

you was in prime position for an upper cut punch to the bollocks that would certainly stop him doing it again in future, I dont a club once and witness something similar by a few single guys thinking it was ok to behave this way, I had a quiet word with staff and they got rejected from the club with a lifetime ban. Never let anyone just think they can dive in because of the nature of the club your in, some people just dont know how to behave |

i've had a few iffy experiences in clubs, as i go as a single woman lots of guys think im fair game as i have 'no man to protent me' and im sorry to say it does seem to be the older guys that are way to pushy, ive had it a few times in the past where guys really have forced themselves on me and ive litterly had to fight them off, to be honest tho i do find the decent guys there will stick up for me if a guy gets a bit out of hand and have had it a couple of times where other guys have told pushy ones to leave me alone, which is nice, saying that ive been going to clubs about 9 years now and ive only really had a hand full of what id call really bad experiences so i havnt done to bad really and defo not put me off as i know these guys are the rear ones and most are decent man |
