Halloween Movie Lineup at Cinemas

There's nothing like going to your local cinema to watch a classic horror movie on Halloween.

I can't help but feel that this year's Halloween will be quite lackluster at where I work. Other cinemas like the Odeon and Cineworld have classic movies like Friday the 13th, The Shining, Beetlejuice and The Exorcist whereas at my works, we've only got one which is The Lost Boys. We do also show Hocus Pocus but I'm discounting that as we show that movie every October which is fine for the kids but there needs to be something for adults to watch on Halloween night.

It would have been nice if there were a couple more movies on the lineup where I work for Halloween but no as over half of the screens are showing Trolls and Taylor bloody Swift.

Always next year, I suppose.

Couldn't think of anything worse. Watching a horror movie with a room full of other people?

The cringe worthy gasps and screams. The rustling of snacks, slurping of drinks. The smokers cough. The sneezing. The people in general.

Fuck that bollocks. I'll sit at home and watch them as I feign to be scared.

Thanks. I'm not all that annoyed with how things are at work for Halloween, just a bit disappointed. I do feel sorry for customers that will come to the cinema on Halloween as they won't have a choice on what to watch so they would decide on whether to watch The Lost Boys or watch Saw X or Exorcist: Believer.

Have you watched Exorcist: Believer? I've only seen the trailers for it and I'm not sure about it looks a bit rubbish.

I've seen bits of it at work and it is indeed rubbish.
