As someone who works outside and lives in the countryside it makes perfect sense as we are trying to encourage our children to walk and cycle to school. The country roads are dangerous enough in the day light without sending them out in the dark in the morning .
In mid December it's still dark at 8.15am where we live that would be 9.15 how in hell does that make any sense. |
