I feel so rough today, my head is banging, my tummy is tender because of throwing up, been snoozing on and off all day, I'm starving now and just walked into the kitchen and straight back out again, can't face cooking ..... just saying lol

Thank you, I've been taking flu tabs, not had much to drink, I've been snoozing, but trying to get some water down me now, I'm hoping it will help with the headache |
