Reports from Bridlington which is a seaside town in East Yorkshire best known for it's fresh haddock and chips is facing a homeless crisis of epidemic proportions.
Can this be true in modern Britain. What's going on here?
Anyone from this area who can tell the truth. It's all over the news |

I'm not from there but it's a national disgrace and just a matter of time before it blows up |

I’m not from there but live not far away on the outskirts of York (east side).
Homelessness in the east of Yorkshire is an epidemic, but it is everywhere. I’ve not seen the news as I don’t watch it (depressing). However, lots of people move to the coastal areas for a better life, it becomes overcrowded and they’re not building enough homes to deal with the rise in population. The cost of living crisis has affected many people negatively and it’s heartbreaking to see.
