On what time of day you send your message as to whether or not you will get a response ?
Hello beautiful fab folk….
I was just curious if the timing matters….
I realise people maybe in work 8-5 … so should I message in the evening to prevent being lost in their masses ?
Always curious |

I sent a first message earlier. Didn't even consider the time of day.
I just figure it's going to stay in the inbox till they either read or don't or delete it.
Surely it doesn't matter does it? |

I tend to be a lot less tolerant when I'm at work and often have a quick look and delete without much thought.
Messages received when I'm relaxing at home are possibly given slightly more consideration before I delete them.
In general though it more depends on the message content than when I receive it.
Crap messages (especially first messages with a dick pic attached) will get deleted regardless of the time of day. |

"What are these masses people talk of??"
Well I am sure …in some cases…. That a message can get lost underneath all the other messages that come thereafter |

It’s not going to disappear from their inbox depending on what time of day you send the message, so I don’t think it matters. They will get back to you eventually if they are interested. |

No I get that it stays there…. I just wondered if … do people give up on catching up haha and that’s likely to be messages that were sent in work time … just curious |

I can't understand, every time I log on at work for a quick nose, a message always appears "free now"
Sometimes I answer and sometimes I don't. If I'm bored at home and put a status up for a meeting, I hardly get any messages.
I suppose the guys are back with their wifes at that time |

It’s never crossed my mind that there’s an optimum time of day to message.
As I work nights most of mine go out in the early hours.
I figure the recipients will open them if they want to. |
