I like to run. I like ladies who run. I like seeing perspiring ladies in lycra post-run.

Anyway, just thought I'd share that.

lots of runners here, but not in sport .. away from others.

I've been known to follow a lycra clad bum, and bouncing pony tail to 'pull' me up a hill whilst in a half marathon

I'll never run a full marathon though - I just can't see myself putting THAT level of training on
