Chocolate or Strawberry ice cream?
Do you like ice cream with nuts?
Do you like mixed flavored ice creams?
What's your favorite ice cream from shops right now?
I'm getting fed up with the same one time to time.
Right now it's Chocolate and Cherry or Macaron Strawberry Raspberry Ice Cream.
It was Honey comb, Salted Caramel or Berry Pavlova before.
Ben and Jerry is overrated in my opinion, but didn't try all of the new ones.
I will do an online grocery shopping later on, so I need ideas please.
Preferably something I can buy from Tesco or Asda.

"I’m not a huge fan of ice cream but I do like Ben and Jerry’s phish food
So far the Caramel Chew Chew hit some spots for me."
Oh I haven’t tried that one! I’m very boring, I find one that I like and stick with it |

The only ice cream I really enjoy is Haagen Daz salted caramel. Someone recently suggested that Waitrose do a good alternative though.
Although while on holiday I did enjoy several banana splits made with vanilla ice cream |

"I'm a nut free zone sadly. I really like the Magnum Double Sunlover ice cream, you can get tubs of it now - great but also not so. "
Coconut and Mango mmmm...
Not sure about passion fruit.
Which one is the most overpowering flavour in that? Coconut? |

I wouldn't describe any flavour in it as overpowering. The most prominent probably mango? I'm not sure really, it kind of swirls into one bite, all the flavours. Well balanced. Fuck knows why I'm giving this serious thought. |

I'd say Salted Caramel is 1 of my favourite.
Unfortunately there's is a lot of difference in flavor from each brand.
The last 3 I tried was disappointing. |

Haven't tried Haagen Dazs yet.
They are a bit overpriced.
I've seen some really special flavor combinations from them. |

It is expensive I agree. One small tub usually gives four small servings. I would genuinely rather have that once a month than other ice cream every day. |

4 small serving???
I think it's 1 serving for most man, who doesn't hate ice cream.
Maybe I'm stress eating or greedy?

Blackcurrant and Cornish clotted cream, is my absolute favourite. I've only found this flavour in Cornwall. Thankfully a shop sells it in my home town.
And orange marmalade, had this in GC and its bloody lovely.
Will buy ice cream from a supermarkets occasionally, most flavours except vanilla |

"I keep buying different flavours of Sorbet now when I go shopping, ice-cream has lost its appeal now its not summer. "
I mixing up my treats.
Not putting on extra weight with Wafers, cereal bar bakes, fig rolls, ice cream and yogurt.
Put on weight real quick with Pastries, cookies, chocolate, custard...etc.

"Not hugely a fan but love Stone Cold. Just whack all your ice cream choices on a slate slab then fold in the many, many avaliable toppings. I love a Baileys, Banana and Chocolate mix myself. "
Did you mean Cold Stone? |

Yes, (face palm) Stone Cold is a kid's book about murdering homeless people. D'oh.
But yes, Cold Stone. Not had it in this country but when I have overseas it's been delicious! |

If you put Stone Cold in Google, then you'll get a lot of things.
From my head it would be:
Hammerfall- Stone Cold (Song)
Stone Cold Movie
Also, I am stone cold sometimes. |

It's a weird caramel - can't quite describe it. Apparently you can make the stuff by boiling a can of condensed milk for a long long time (without opening it). |

"Probably Belgian Chocolate Hagen Daz.
Personally I find chocolate a bit boring.
Chocolate and Cherry was a nice surprise though.
Oh I am a bit of a purest with ice cream."
My son doesn't eat any ice cream with more than 1 flavor or chunks in it.
I like to mix it up. My taste buds need stimulation. |

Never do that unless you want it to blow up in your face and cover you in boiling hot liquid when you do open it
You need to put it into a pan and heat it that way. |

See now I like to sit with chocolate on my tongue and drift on the flavour profile. Too many flavours would detract and confuse that.
I kind of look it as hedonistic / epicurean pleasure distinction. Both have their merits. |

I'm a bit picky with Ice Cream and music.
Often go for the not overly popular or forgotten ones.
I can't tell you a single commercial chart number 1 since the early 00's. |

"Mines Dulce de Leche, Hagen Dazs used to sell their one which was divine."
They still sell it as we bought it in a mini tub at the weekend along with Belgian chocolate and Strawberry shortcake - all very delicious
A side note is I’ve made chocolate coated Dulce de Leche balls and they are heaven - a proper chocolate hit

I live chocolate but I'm not a fan of most things that claim to be chocolate whatever, like cake or ice cream. This is because they usually don't have any chocolate in them. They would be more accurately called cocoa cake or cocoa ice cream. That's just not as good as chocolate I'm afraid. Luke |

Chocolate cakes with the custard style thick cream are quite decent. You won't find it in shops unfortunately. |

"Can't believe there aren't more votes for mint choc chip. Weirdos.
Saying that, the Turkish delight ice cream from that place at Blyth beach is amazing. "
Many variations of chocolate was mentioned. Not many people go for plain vanilla, chocolate or strawberry.
Well, me neither. |
