Just got in from work and realised what a backwards life I live when on nights I’m ready for a post work drink but there’s nothing to do. So a big shout to all stuck on nights living that vampire life

Morning is it straight home to sleep? or do you have to wind down first before you can hit the bed?

I do the problem is the longer I wind down the less time I have later in the day when I can get more interaction with the people around me

I only wind down for half an hour or so then head off to bed to sleep. Then usually up by midday
