Mrs is currently attempting flapjacks,last batch basically ended up like lumps of rock.
By her own admission she's a crap baker.

We’re attempting some later  . My youngest wants to make me a birthday cake but I don’t like cake so she’s gonna try a big birthday brownie instead. I’m looking forward to tidying the kitchen after! |

I love flapjacks! They are only a short cooking time I think, they are done and wont be dry when you see them almost bubbling on top. Tiny little bubbles, that you can hear sizzling but that means they will still be (moist)  |
