I think webcams were the death nail to the old trench coat flasher. RIP 
I grew up beside the seaside, we were told, as kids to stay out of the sand dunnes, as that's where the flashers were. My mother and aunts all tell stories how they were flashed in the beach, or on the way to the beach all through the 70s & 80s

I’ve been flashed a few times. It’s really not that much of a distraction to me.
The biggest risk is the driver of the car being more engrossed that the lorry driver coming over all unnecessary. |

^ this my Dad has a permanent brain injury caused by a distracted lorry driver who drove into the back of his lorry. If he'd been in a car he wouldn't still be here. Absolutely reckless to purposely distract anyone driving. And I hope anyone doing so gets caught by the police lorries who drive up and down the motorways to prevent such nonsense. |

How is flashing in a public space, with moving vehicles, possibly something that could be covered by consent?
If I consent to you flashing me, does it make it ok that ten other people see it as well, who aren't involved in our agreement? |

I drive around in my bikini in summer when it’s hot as was back and forth from my local beaches. have to say hot honked alot of times in traffic.
I mean it’s a bikini you wouid think people have never seen tits before in small clothing |

This, and despite how hot you may think you are, some people really don't wanna see it.
