Hiya bud. I know I'm 32 and a little different but i went on holiday on my own for the first time recently. It was for 3 nights in spain and it was probably the most liberating experience of my life! Just talk to the people you like the look of and trust in yourself that they'll want to talk to you too. If they don't then they aren't worth you

So I went...and left after 1 hour lol..now I love the doors and the music speaks to me,the tribute band were good but...the stage was so dark I couldn't see anyone from 40ft away and there is a live doors album which they played, the only crowd interaction was just repeating what Jim morrison said on the album...not sure I'd see a tribute band again

All the time, it's no big deal

I go everywhere and do everything by myself, including going to see tribute acts.

Glad you went and hope you do it more in the future.

Nothing like being to to straight home or to a pub after with out that 45 minute group street decision making x

I love the Doors. I think when it's a band that really speaks to you then it's always going to be a tough act to follow.

I haven't been a gig on my own no I don't think so anyway.

I think they’re good and bad tribute acts. I saw the Pink Floyd Experience one here at Dubai Opera house recently was amazing.

I’ve never been to a gig alone, well done OP. I went out to watch the rugby last night alone, and I’ve been on Photography holidays alone, but generally I like experiencing things with people.

Sorry you didn't enjoy it, despite the band being good. I went to Dublin on my own to see Pulp.
