What’s made your day today (Fri)

For me it was the silence as I turned the lorry engine for the last time this week.

It was standing in my own shower after 6 days of showering in services, being able to put on a bath robe instead of having to dress and walk across a lorry park. Little things.

What’s made your day or even your week?

Going to the coast and watching the storm. The North Sea was awesome. It was so powerful that it's knocked the top of a lighthouse off. It was amazing to watch the huge waves.

I saw that, the South Shields lighthouse. At the coast near me it looked like the ground and roads were covered in snow but it was sea foam

Yes I saw photos. There was a bit of foam at Roker but not much. Think there was more further along

Ah that nasal burn of folk that have pished in the shower before you…and we pay through the nose for the privilege.

What’s made your day or even your week?"
