nah - ya don't. By day 4 you're over the worst..and remember the craving only lasts for a couple of minutes... as soon as you start thinking about it go and find something to occupy yourself. Stick your fag money in a jar and watch it mount up.... you've already saved over £20.... stick with it and be proud of yourself. (and all that from a smoker who managed to ditch them for 6 years then started up again- idiot eh...but I'm working up to stopping again). |

Its Friday, I had an early start so treated myself to bacon roll and coffee before catching the train. Spilt ketchup on my tie so need to buy a new one now |
