Yet another report that sexism and Misogyny is rife in the Dorset and Wiltshire Fire Brigade. Report after report after report saying the same thing whether it's police, fire, ambulance, NHS, Armed Forces etc etc etc..
Is it time to call time on a failed social experiment. The sexes do not mix well... Stop this now. All firemen to be me, All nurses to be women. Or viceverisae. All men as nurses and all women as firemen..

What's going on is people with the same mindset as you've indicated in this 1950s style of a thread are acting like fuckwits in how they treat work colleagues..
Albeit a minority but the answer is simple, out them and replace with others who are able to treat people they work with equally.. |

As someone who worked in the public sector for years on a similar role, it’s easy. Don’t be a cunt to your colleagues.
The blame lies solely with men who are unable to be team players when there’s a woman around. |

bullies and abusers don't stop being bullies and abusers in same sex environments, they just choose the weakest and most vulnerable person and take their insecurities, personal failings and prejudices out on them.
One easy answer is for the good people to speak up and isolate the bad ones

Separating the semester doesn't fix misogyny. Just makes it less blatantly apparent to the people involved.
People should have to face the fact that they're sexist assholes. There's no learning in just letting it continue. |

I doubt that people with attitudes like this , have a clue how to fix a society containing large number of people with attitudes like that.
the answer is far from simple, 9000 years of gender domination doesn’t go away by telling men off. Answers like Jineology are possible but hard.

The knuckle draggers are on the rise it seems wanting to go back in time when men were men and women were women and.....crawling out from under the rocks they were forced to live under ?? and infecting a new generation with their outdated idea's and most call themselves incels now it seems ??? as gasp shock horror they can't fnd anyone females willing to lay back and think of England as they busily work out their mummy issues in 20 odd seconds it takes them to come ? but just name and shame the twats ?? the london mets is full of them by all accounts as are a fair few other police forces and so called public bodies ?? xxx |

I think op is on to something but it doesn't stop with the workplace. What about all the other places that men and women interact? We should have separate sections on public transport and in restaurants for each gender. Set up different schools, libraries, health care facilities, recreation and entertainment spaces. Heck we could even create segregated sorry separate neighbourhoods. |
