Nothing more tiring than when the alarm goes off, it’s still dark and you stick your foot out of the bed and feel how cold it is.
I can’t wait for it to be April again |

Yesterday Shag was gorgeous but that autumnal chill is here.
Summer clothes packed away.
Dark early.. Morning glory.. Red sky shepherd warning here today.
Its grey here with red sky.. Does it tire me out.. Sometimes. Keeping active helps, routine for me. Up early, dark, evening time dark. Especially when clocks go back 28th October 2023. |

Supplement vitamin D people
Even in the summer most of the time the sun isn’t strong enough to get enough vitamin D
Do the sun bed test. Hit a sunbed 1-3 times a week and see if your energy levels increase |

It’s good to be in touch with the cycles and make adjustments. You make more melatonin in winter and your body needs more fat, try and face the sun as it’s rising and get a couple minutes on your closed eye. If I’m in the uk I change from skimmed to semi skimmed milk and get 1-2 hours more sleep a night |

No. If anything I have more energy. Too much heat, the long brightness of days quickly depletes my energy.
Autumn though?
Autumn I find I have more energy, love staying up late. Waking up early and enjoying that brisk weather where you can see your breath. Love long walks through the woods in this sort of weather. I'm quite good at ensuring I get enough Vitamin D, it's more...
I'm better in Autumn. |

"I have trouble leaving my bed in the dark mornings, but work beckons.
I do prefer the darker evenings, i enjoy walking my dogs in the cold night air.
" It is the same here in the mornings and I also prefer the dark evenings |
