I've been to Reykjavik for 24 hours for a football match.
It's got a lovely calm feel about the place. I never saw a copper, heard a car horn or saw any blue flashing lights!
It's very expensive and the rare off licences are run by the government.
Look out for their restrictive opening hours. |

Apparently there are no swinging clubs there. Swinging is done from private homes so it's quite hard to get connections unless you know people on the scene. |

Top tip, if you are out after midnight expect to be shoulder rammed. It's normal for them to walk through each other and nothing aggressive, also buy black label vodka on your way through the airport. We bought loads and sold it for 70 quid a bottle to a lapdancing club. |
