I don't take the term 'filthy sex' in the literal sense to mean unhygienic or unclean sex.

I take it to mean kinky or 'dirty' (again not unhygienic) sex.

Something that maybe taboo, a bit naughty or different than the usual.

But it's definitely the landing in a sweating mess, grinning to each other and saying THAT was amazing! Can we do it again! :D
