After a long week of work I rarely have any energy left to do anything on the weekend. Anyone else feel the same? I wanna be setting of fireworks celebrating having fun drinking singing but I always just end up sitting around haha. |

Pretty much. I do have occasional bursts and fake it to make sure our daughter gets a bit of excitement at the weekend, but I spend most of it in a state of perpetual exhaustion and trying to will away Monday. I want to quit and travel the world in a carefree manner, free from schedules and restrictions. |

A 6 day week was normal 100 or so years ago, now is the time for a 4 day week, as 5 days is just too much. We have become mortgage slåves and time peasants, some are simply disposable worker/tenants. |

At your age I had lots of energy 24/7 at 55 it's harder but, Today I have spent 3 hours pruning the trees in the garden most of the work at 30ft rope and harness then d lunch of backen and egg, Before cutting it all up logging and chipping.
So I think my advice would be exercises run and get fit. |

You’re not alone.
I think it’s more mental fatigue for me; although I often feel like I have low physical energy, I think that stems from just having little motivation to do anything by the time the weekend lands.
Mind you, given what’s on the list is almost exclusively housework, chores and other such stuff, it’s hardly surprising. |
