I tend to perceive people who actively seek younger and more naive people as a habit to be a bit predatory and not people I'd want to meet.
But people can do what they like as long as its all between consenting adults. |

A long time back (20ish years ago), a good proportion of my hook-ups and casual relationships were with women 15-25 years older than me.
I just found them easier to get on with and there was no bullshit with them. |

I look for younger on here because I don't want anything serious and often look for last minute/meet now. A few of the older men I've met on here either want a relationship or it's there weekend to have the kids (assuming that they are in fact divorced or separated) so it's harder to be spontaneous.
As for the assumption that young people are vulnerable or naive. I left home at 16, was running my own business by 18 and tougher than a bag of toffee wrapped nails. Some of the young lads I've met on here have got their shit together, more so then some of the supposedly mature men. |

I don't really do casual so it's a challenging question.
The potential power differential is an issue I think. I am quite sure I could see a younger person as an equal. Could they see me that way, I am not sure - I have yet to experience it.
It comes down self-awareness I think, which can be related to age but not necessarily. |

I've zero interest in anyone below my age filter which is 41 and goes up each year in line with my kids ages.
Their level of maturity, intelligence or experience don't come into the equation at all.
Complete lack of interest on my part does every time.
