Get up!!!
Are you a sleep in type of person? Or are you up no matter what?
During the week I'm up 4/4:30 and I don't have to be as I don't leave the house till 8.
On a weekend my idea of sleeping in is getting up at 5:30/6.
I actually can't remember the last time I slept in past 7, I'm pretty sure it's a form of self inflicted torture.
Anyone else???

I struggle to sleep in, there's always a list of things that need doing that instantly start rolling round my head!!
It's usually a 5am up for work so my body clock is well and truly set for that! |

"I'm seeing a pattern these days, where I'm waking up earlier and earlier. This is what happens to old people, right?! My gran used to get up at 4.30. I'm turning into her!"
So I'm just old?
Great. |

Up at 4:00 at work at 5:00 and on lates I’m not home from work till around 1:30 and usually up at 6:30
Weekends I’d love a lie in but always something to do even if it’s walking gully |

I’ve got worse lately….used to be up at 6 after 6-7 hours of sleep and now I’m a lazy bastard who’s up at 0730 after around 8 hours sleep!!
Not a fan!!
And yea…..I’m currently still in bed!! |

"For me waking up before 8am should be outlawed, unless it's Christmas or im going on holiday!
Still in bed now, but yes I'm scrolling."
But you've wasted the best part of the day!!! |

In the summer......poooosssiibbbllly, I say that with hesitancy. However in autumn and winter and all those dark mornings, nope, nope, nope! I disagree, lots! So does my bed :D |

I'm up at 6.30am for work anyway. Even when I can sleep in I'm still awake by 7am..I wouldn't mind so much if I actually slept for more than 2 hrs at a time.. |
