My left boob is bigger and gets more attention. My right is more sensitive. I'm more likely using my right hand and potentially inpeding right boob access if we're thinking about it deeply.

Never thought about it. If we are lying down and I am on my left side, then her left boob will get the attention, but usually I sleep on the right hand side of the bed, so that would then mean that if I am facing her then it will be her right boob.
