I think it needs an update and a refresh, especially if you need people to trust the site enough to enter their card details in for a site supporters membership.
However, I imagine the current design is to appeal to the average age of the user base so I guess it works  |

The mobile site is fine. It's "modern" enough.
The desktop site is horrible for sure and needs a major overhaul.
There are a few features that would add a lot of QoL and make the use even better regardless of mobile or desktop. |

The problem with the site is that it’s aimed at swingers. Oldies like us find it good for meets. Simple yet effective (like me!)

To be fair, the mobile version is not bad at all. Perhaps a function to retract messages before read might be good as often you see mistakes ypu might want correct or decided against that message all together. It will also help with those left unread for whatever reason. |

It would be even more phenomenal if we could search on more of the user criteria data that we enter. It would then let us more accurately search for the right people who match our preferences.
No fancy site redesign needed, if it's made much easier to find those who match tastes. The data already exists in profiles, we just need to add more to the Advanced Search options.  . |

I've always had mixed feelings on this. There is some functionality I would like (and I think there is a couple of things Fab could do with the present site) but one the other hand I like that the site is really good value (even free) and fast too. I just wish the forum software had auto-signing, slightly longer threads and a better forum search. We don't need in-post pictures and the like imo.
Fab is lightning fast for what it gives us (think of all the different things, like GPS, over 1,000 pics/vids each and how much it's used every second) and it hardly ever goes down. They once said that maintaining the site was what all their profit went on (they may still do they didn't see it last I looked), and I believed them. I still do I think, though they don't seem to have that many staff. I'd probably employ more staff over new software tbh. What they have is pretty simple, but it does the job.

Functionality In terms of messaging tab when a freind has messages you etc and tabs for everyone else.
But for there to be more staff due there not have to be a larger user base. Most dominant swinger sites generally tend to be regional in nature. S D C for North America. There are others in other places and languiges. fab would need to compete against them in their market. To warrant more staff. |
