I was so very close to being called Sebastian but my dad said no at the last minute.

I definitely would have preferred it to my actual name Dorothy.

All true apart from the last bit obviously.

I was going to be Susana. My parents agreed but at last minute, after my birth my dad said no. Instead I became Bella. I can’t picture myself a Susana. I do like Bella.

I always wished I had a second name. I’m the only one in family without a second name.

None. I like mine. It's not that common, and the spelling is even more rare as my mother wasn't a fan of the default spelling.

The only downside has been constantly having to correct people who get it wrong.
