England, India, Pakistan and South Africa.

I imagine India will win the thing as home advantage will make a big difference.

Hard to say all of top 4 at this stage but I'd say NZ for sure will be one of them. Also India because of home advantage. Other 2 spots are up for grabs.

I agree with the above, great game yesterday with Pakistan and Sri Lanka..

I’ve been thinking about this.

On the day each of the top sides can beat anyone, as we saw when the Kiwis trounced England the other day. I think it might come down to net run rate to split the top sides in the table so the results against the lower ranked teams such as Bangladesh, Afghanistan and the Netherlands will be crucial. To really make an impact on the net run rate you need huge victories in these games.
