High, finished small paving job today, pathway down to path slopes so I allowed for 3 steps, customer insisted on only 2 so I go against my own judgement and do as he asks try and make it work with 2, cunt comes home from work says it’s a bit steep think we need 3 steps exactly as I fucking said, on top of being full of cauld which is on chest. Then went shopping got home realised forgot dog food went back out got it was in ten minutes realised I’d forgot milk ffs |

It wasn’t bad but I am having extensive dental treatment. I was at the verge of a panic attack on that chair but managed to pull myself together…
So a solid 7 right now, was a 9.8 a couple of hours ago. Good job I had some de-stressing this midday haha  |

Same level here. Taking the tablets but it's still not working for me.
Being sick and shaking all over. Can't stop it. Usually goes away on it's own after a few days...  |
