I blend the porridge oats into a super fine powder.

Mix with eggs, milk, protein powder.

They make awesome blueberry pancakes.

Berries and Maple Syrup. I do love an Åutumnal porridge.

Although I'm not a fan of whisky I was once served porridge with whisky and heather honey. It was delicious!

I had sloppy porridge this AM. Made with lactose free milk and with some protein powder added. My liquid-ish diet is just sooooooooo delicious
