My new car has sensitive brakes and I’ve just passed my test. Is this something I’ll just get used to over time? It quite violently jolts when you brake at low speed.

You will get used to it....it does come with experience, forward thinking progressive braking will help.

Yes you will get used to it.

Some cars brakes are sharper.

But worth having the car checked over anyway.
