Come round and tell these kids to fuck off outside, I want to get my walk done, built myself up to do and and they won't stop beating pipes against the bus stop

Would they stop if they saw someone was about?
Do you have anyone local to ask?
Me and my neighbours are having occasional loitering problem atm, and we are talking about taking it in turns to address them (even on the same day)... ie so no one person has to do/ or say too much etc.

I have calmed, sat in front of fan for hour to clear my head I'm ready and......
