Still got that morning grog, but doing well haha woke up to some lovely surprises..still wrapped up like a burrito in bed for next 5 minutes then alas its off into the cold cold world

The beginning of this week I really wasnt ok. At all
Now I'm, I'm ok, ish. On the surface I feel ok, but under it all is a layer of upset and anger from recent events that I'm still trying to process and in some respects swallow.
My child free time though hasn't happened due to illness that can't be helped and I'm now so busy as a result and not got the break I kinda needed.
Also not feeling well for the past two weeks and need to go see a bloody doctor, and probably argue my case which isn't helping. |

Is there anyone going with you? Or can there be? Or that can give you really good directions? I always find if I’ve got directions as well as my sat Nav I calm down and am less likely to get lost. I’ve called the place I’m going and asked for landmarks before now. They do the journey themselves after all xxx

Oh Goodness PW I'm so sorry you are feeling this way. Being a little overwhelmed and poorly isn't a great mix and being a mum means there is never enough down time.

Feeling roughly with COVID
Mentally feeling flat from not eatin or drinking much and not going to the gym. I have body image issues and constantly worrying about how I look so feeling pretty down.
