Personally I don't care much about nipple piercings, but deffo not keen on genital piercings. That said I pierced my own ears decades ago and wear adapted wedding rings the slim ones,Only have two now in my right ear. I altered the rings in my workshop so I can remove or replace them but the holes through my ears are quite big enough to say pass a biro refill through quite easily, should the need arise lol.. I have also pierced a few other peoples bits and pieces.
