When my anxiety is debilitating, I do literally nothing but drink water & use the loo,pushing myself is helping noone.
If it isn't important & you honestly feel like it may make you feel worse ,can you stay in and try again another day?
I do understand that pushing yourself is important or we may never achieve anything.
You know yourself best to decide,choosing not to go out is still an achievement in self awareness.
