The excessive amount of analysis surrounding major sporting events is starting to ruin them. For example the most recent Ryder Cup.

When there’s live sport on the telly or radio I can’t listen to the pre or post match punditry / analysis etc, I shut off and just watch the actual action itself.

It makes for a much better experience
