My brilliant frittata

Well, busy day and then the realisation that had no idea what to have for dinner. Quick look in the fridge left me cold. Nothing obvious but few nearly out of date eggs, some limp veg like carrots and broccoli, few baby spuds and some nearly gone toms and even the end bit of an iceberg lettuce. Ingenuity in motion, quick chop of veg, lovingly fried in a bit of olive oil, eggs bitten, the last and drying out bit of parmezan grated and thrown in, some seasoning and bob's your uncle. The best frittata ever. Had a larger portion than I should but apparrently love handles are in vogue. |

I wanted nothing wasted as I can be bad at that sometimes. Actually all good and people do put it in stir fries and even chefs cook it. But lets keep to the star of the show, the brilliant frittata itself |

too late. Earmarked for lunch tomorrow with some salad and lots of feta cheese as noticed I also have a nearly out of date pack in the fridge too. You have to wait for my next offer but might involve beans as have a few tins of barlotti ones that need using. |

Just in my kitchen, where love has its place, there's a dish that's golden with amazing taste.
With carrots and courgettes, and potatoes cooked right, broccoli and iceberg lettuce, all just a colorful delight.
My frittata is smelling divine and will make your senses immediately shine. With the eggs beautifully fluffy, and the music beginning, adding that parmesan, I feel I am winning.
As it cooks to perfection, my heart sings, my btilliant frittata, oh the joys it brings.

Just changed the lyrics slightly
Just in my kitchen, where love has its place, there's a dish that's golden and amazing taste.
With carrots and courgettes, and potatoes cooked right, broccoli and iceberg lettuce,just a colorful delight. This is frittata that's smelling divine and will make your senses immediately shine.
