So here’s one aimed mainly at the men on here, obviously. Who here suffers bouts of erectile dysfunction/loss of libido?
And, if so, what’s your daily protocol to combat erectile dysfunction?
My daily supplements regime is as follows:
L-Arginine
L-Citulline
Maca Root
In addition, I’ve also recently given up masturbating (regains sensation and sensitivity back in your cock,for when you’re actually with a woman).

I have suffered from this in the past. During an annual health check the nurse actually asked me how my erections were. I answered honestly and told her that on occasions I couldn't get hard. Prescription duly issued,end of problem. I know medication for erectile dysfunction is not suitable for everyone but you have to talk about it if it's affecting you. |

ED can be the result of many different things and the stigma attached to it is frankly shocking with little understanding why it happens and the mental health issues caused as a result.
Advising someone to take herbal remedies or chemical alternatives is could be dangerous.
Herbal medicine even something as simple as fish oils can have interaction with medicines so always best to check if you are on long term medication.
Regular exercise and cutting down on booze and smoking will have a far better result than taking a root. |
