If I ever figure it out, I'll let you know. I used to listen to the radio, but that's all gone now. So podcasts now. Or listening to the rain.
Remember to relax and don't waste energy trying to sleep or worrying about it. |

I went to sleep very early, for me, and I’ve woken up thrice with the most horrific nightmares.
I’m not going to attempt any more sleep.
Flicking between Fab, researching, and making a new discovery will occupy my time. |
