Hmm… I think this is actually quite a good idea. Whilst people can post whatever they want on their public pics (within site rules), I think it would be a good idea not to have genitals in the profile pic. It is our choice to look through their public gallery, but perhaps the profile pic should be a bit more subtle. Could still be nude/semi nude, just no cock or pussy full frontals. |

You know what? I do agree to a point.
When someone has an outright genital shot as their avatar, so I have no choice but to see it when they post on the forums or send a message, I simply don't want to see it or communicate with them. The choice to see it has been removed by it being there beside whatever words they decide to post.
What's in someone's profile gallery is absolutely up to them. If someone wants a picture like that as their first contact on a site like this that is entirely their choice. But I personally will almost always take it as a sign that we're absolutely incompatible and not want to engage with them. |

I couldn't care less what people put as their profile pic it's feck all to do with me and it makes a decision to interact or not easier.On the forum as well avatars are small it's not like they take up the whole page so easy enough to not pay heed to them.
I'm not offended if that's what people choose to put it up it's their profile .
If it does upset you there is always the option to turn off site images anyhow. |
