Any one else wide awake...I have reasons, early doors drinking on Saturday meaning I was home by 7, asleep by 8 and wide awake by 3.00am this morning.

My body clock wakes me at this time every day.

But coffee makes it all worth while.

Good morning dude.

I'm normally awake about 5.30, this morning was an exception.

Morning to you.

I’ve been sat in bed playing guitar drinking coffee since 4:15. My body clock is all over the place right now

I've been awake most of the night. Sleep is not forthcoming. I've already been for a walk to the beach and now I'm eating breakfast alone. I kinda like the peace of these mornings before the madness begins

Ohhh, what's for breakfast. I have an appetite following my walk with the hound.
